Automated Telephone Banking provides telephone access to account information and transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing a quick and convenient option for checking balances, transferring funds between accounts, and more. And, our enhanced service offers features that make Automated Telephone Banking easier to use and even more helpful in managing your day-to-day finances.
Check Out These Convenient Features
Speech Recognition – Want to access your accounts using your phone in "hands-free" mode? No problem. With the speech recognition option, you simply listen to the choices on the menu and say what you want. Prefer to use the keypad to make your selections? That's available as well. It's your choice.
Future-dated and Recurring Transfers – Use Automated Telephone Banking to help you plan ahead. Set up transfers between your accounts at the Bank to occur on a date in the future or on a recurring monthly basis.
Stop Payments – Request a stop payment on a specific check or a range of checks by check number (or multiple check numbers). It's fast and easy.
Check Orders – Just realized that you need to order more checks? Simply select the "Order or Reorder Checks" option from the Automated Telephone Banking menu anytime, day or night.
"Snapshot" Statements by Email – Use Automated Telephone Banking to request a statement of account history since your last full statement and have it sent to you via email. You'll have the information you need quickly, delivered right to your email inbox.

If you have not used our Automated Telephone Banking service previously, give it a try! Just follow the prompts to set up your unique PIN the first time you call.
