Share the Warmth Coat Drive_
With winter on its way, everyone in our area needs a warm winter coat. For the 11th straight year, Burke & Herbert Bank is proud to partner with NBC-4 and the Salvation Army to collect gently worn coats to help adults and kids in our midst who might otherwise go without a warm coat this winter season.
Do you have coats in your closet that you no longer wear? Bring them to any Burke & Herbert Bank branch by December 17. If you have coats to donate but are not comfortable coming into a branch, we understand. Just call the branch in advance to let us know you’re coming and we’ll collect your coats safely at the door.
Coats will be cleaned by Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners and distributed by the Salvation Army to neighbors in need throughout our region. Anyone donating a coat will receive a coupon good for a 25% discount from Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners (limit one coupon per household), and donation receipts are provided on request.
