Paycheck Protection Program Update for Business Customers

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced that it is no longer accepting Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications from most lenders. Unfortunately, this means that Burke & Herbert Bank can no longer accept applications for new PPP loans. While this is earlier than the previously communicated May 31 deadline for applications, the SBA announced that Paycheck Protection Program funding has been exhausted.

Rest assured that we will complete the processing of applications that have been submitted to the SBA already, and get these loans closed and funded as quickly as possible.

If you have questions about the status of a PPP loan or wish to discuss other loan options, please contact your Relationship Manager or Banker directly. We will continue to work to support you and your business in any way that we can.
