As a Vice President and Treasury Management Services Consultant, Victoria Hatfield helps clients streamline cash flow and run their businesses more efficiently. Victoria is an advisor and advocate for her clients. She works to gain an understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and needs, and offers comprehensive recommendations and solutions via Burke & Herbert Bank’s suite of commercial banking products and services.

Victoria joined Burke & Herbert Bank in 2010, and has over 15 years of experience in commercial and business banking. A northern Virginia native, Victoria has spent her career working with businesses of all types and sizes throughout the DC metro area. She holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and is active in several local chambers and boards. She lives in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
