Roth H. Carroll is a Vice President and Relationship Manager on the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending team, and is based in the Bank’s Richmond, Virginia office.  With over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, Roth works with clients across a variety of industries and asset classes throughout the greater Richmond area, Charlottesville and Virginia Beach.

Prior to joining Burke & Herbert Bank, Roth was a commercial loan officer at Blue Ridge Bank and Virginia Commonwealth Bank.  In addition to being a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and Urban Land Institute (ULI Virginia), Roth is also an active volunteer with Virginia Ducks Unlimited.

Roth attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and currently makes his home in Hanover County with his wife and two chocolate labs.
