IOLTAs (Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts)

Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts (IOLTAs) are designed exclusively for attorneys to place certain clients' funds in a separate trust account. The Burke & Herbert Bank IOLTA features no minimum balance or monthly fee and interest is earned on your entire account balance. Interest earned is transferred to the Legal Services Corporation of Virginia (LSCV) to fund legal services for low income individuals.
