Share the Warmth Coat Drive
As temperatures drop, you can help your neighbors in need. For the 12th straight year, Burke & Herbert Bank is proud to partner with NBC-4 and the Salvation Army to collect gently worn coats to help adults and kids in our midst who might otherwise go without a warm coat this winter season.
Do you have coats in your closet that you no longer wear? Bring them to any Burke & Herbert Bank branch by December 16. If you have coats to donate but are not comfortable coming into a branch, we understand. Just call the branch in advance to let us know you’re coming and we’ll collect your coats safely at the door.
Coats will be cleaned by Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners and distributed by the Salvation Army to neighbors in need throughout our region. Anyone donating a coat will receive a coupon good for a 25% discount on their next order at Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners (limit one coupon per household). Receipts are provided on request for all donations; just ask one of our branch representatives.
