Mark Ragland is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Consumer Mortgage sales team. With over twenty years of mortgage banking experience, Mark has always treated his valued clients as individuals, and understands that obtaining a mortgage loan is a significant decision. His philosophy is that it is essential to “get it right,” taking the time to understand the financial needs of his clients and offering expert advice on mortgage options and programs.

Mark’s biggest accomplishment is his satisfied clientele, many of whom repeatedly finance their homes with him. Working with Burke & Herbert Bank’s close-knit, locally-based mortgage team, Mark provides practical guidance and timely advice throughout the mortgage lending process. Mark has consistently been named in the top 1% of mortgage originators in America by The Scotsman Guide. He is a native Alexandrian and still makes his home in Alexandria with his wife and daughter.
